It’s why, once your cabinet installation is complete, an Affinity field supervisor conducts a thorough inspection of your new space. You will work with them to create a list of items that may need tweaks, adjustments or service to ensure that you’re happy with the end result.
From there, your list is taken to our customer service team. They will coordinate with you on timing, availability and scheduling to ensure that every detail is completed to our high standard of quality, as well as your complete satisfaction. This process takes time, and is based on availability and lead time of component, but we also do our best to expedite tasks as much as possible.
When all is said and done, we will share our best practices for caring for your cabinets with you, as well as explain your warranty coverage.
